Questions about membership
Can I change tier later?
Yes. An upgrade applies the new tier's pricing to orders placed from that point onward; it does not reprice orders already placed. A downgrade takes effect at the end of the period you have paid for.
What happens to my wallet if I downgrade?
The balance stays yours. Buyer accounts cannot spend from a wallet, so it simply sits untouched until you upgrade again or ask us to return it.
Is the wholesale discount on top of quantity breaks?
Yes. The quantity break sets the unit price for your order size, and the tier discount is applied to that price on the server. You never get one without the other.
What counts as a prepaid order on behalf?
Any order you pay for where the recipient fills in their own delivery details through a claim link. The monthly allowance counts orders created in the calendar month, not links opened.
Do net terms need an application?
Yes. The Elite credit line is a ceiling, not an automatic facility — we agree it with you before it is switched on, and an order draws against it only when you choose credit as the payment source.
Is the API included?
Merchant includes read-only access. Elite includes full read and write access plus outbound webhooks. The developer documentation says exactly which endpoints each level reaches.
