About
Why the platform exists
Most cross-border wholesale still runs on screenshots, spreadsheets and trust. A buyer sends a specification, receives a price in a chat window, wires money, and waits. Almost nothing in that chain can be checked afterwards.
ELECT-I Global replaces it with a catalog you can price yourself, a quotation desk for everything the catalog does not cover, and an order record both sides can read line by line — including the prepaid claim link, where a recipient confirms that what is about to ship matches what they originally ordered before they hand over a delivery address.
What we cover
Electronics lead the catalog, but a purchase order rarely stops there. Eight top-level groups carry the rest of it.
What we actually do
Four things, done end to end. Anything outside this list, we say so.
Publish wholesale pricing
Unit prices, quantity breaks and minimum order quantities on the product page itself — not behind a sign-up wall and a sales call.
Quote what isn't listed
Send a specification and a destination. We price it against our own catalog first, then approach manufacturers and distributors for the rest.
Take payment and issue the paperwork
Orders are priced in US dollars, paid by card or from a merchant wallet, and recorded with the documents each stage produces.
Coordinate the shipment
A courier or freight forwarder collects and delivers, typically 15–30 days after dispatch, with tracking returned to your account and to any connected system.
What we don't claim
Sourcing platforms tend to inflate what they can verify. This is the literal current position.
Services we arrange, not services we perform
Pre-shipment inspection, factory audits and third-party escrow can be arranged with an independent provider at your cost, on request. ELECT-I Global does not carry them out itself, and nothing here should be read as a factory having been audited by us.
Supplier labels describe documents, not verdicts
A supplier label reflects the business documents that supplier has given us — company registration, and where applicable a manufacturer or distribution authorisation. It is not an independent verification and not a guarantee of product quality.
Delivery estimates are estimates
15–30 days after dispatch is what we typically see. Customs inspections, carrier backlogs and destination clearance are outside our control, and prices exclude clearance and import duties unless a quotation explicitly says DDP.
Who you are contracting with
ELECT-I Global is a trading name operated by HDML (Egypt). HDML is the seller of record and the counterparty on every order placed through this platform.
Every order placed here is a contract with the operator named below, not with an anonymous marketplace intermediary. Order documents carry the same name.
How the platform is built
The parts of the system a buyer never sees, described plainly.
Server-side pricing
Every line on every order is repriced from the database at the tier resolved on the server. A price submitted by a browser or an API client is never trusted.
Signed order digests
Prepaid orders carry two independently computed HMAC digests — one over the upstream order, one over what ELECT-I will ship. The claim page compares them and withholds the form entirely if they disagree.
One ledger for money
Every wallet movement goes through a single locked, idempotent transaction that writes the ledger entry and the balance together, so a retry can never double-charge or double-refund.
Two languages, one source
English and Simplified Chinese are served from the same dictionaries, so a policy change lands in both at once instead of drifting apart.
